“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY”

We booked with Broadway Travel to go to America, a party of 8 - in two families. Despite e-mails confirming the villa would be big enough, on arrival it was only suitable for a maximum of 6. The local agents said it was Broadways fault & left us to continually chase them in England. Despite offering to pay extra for an upgrade (to what we had already booked !) they were totally unhelpfull. After warning them we were left with no option, so we left & at wasted time and expense had to arrange our own accomadation. Now they are giving us the run around, and have not offered us any compensation for THEIR error.
Once again we have been left with no option but to take legal action against them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
