CEB is just a good budget airline other than that is none. Our flight going to tuguegarao took 2 more hours because the plane needs to get back to manila airport due to technical problems. Are they not checking their plane before they take-off? Im glad were safe though.

And lastly im asking for a hot water in one of the stewardees and im shocked with their reply "they are not giving hot water for free". WTF is that!!!!!!

just a little hot water they cant even give their clients. so f**ing disappointed!
