I use Joomla as the operating system for a number of websites that I manage for a couple of companies that are hosted by Dataflame and on each occasion Dataflame have installed the Joomla for me (along with the additional templates and files that I needed which didn't come with the basic Joomla package) and then they ensured that the templates were all working correctly, at the outset, in order for me to be able to start work on building the websites, using the installed Joomla and additional templates and files. Once, in the past, when we experienced some problems with one of our accounts whose sites started to crash Dataflame moved everything across to another server for us and the problem was fully resolved. (Before this problem occurred and since the problem has been resolved we've had excellent up-time and functionality.) We've been with Dataflame for years. One of the things I like about Dataflame is the fact that particularly for a 'non-techie' like me (with no formal website design training) they will get involved and help when I'm stuck.
