I ordered a basket of flowers online for my Nan who was celebrating her 80th Birthday and the process was very straightforward.
There was a problem in transit (Royal Mail delivered) to which the flowers were badly damaged.
I intended to raise a complaint with Royal Mail but in the meantime called Flower Angels simply to advise them of the problem as I thought they should know. The representative I spoke to was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. She took the complaint very seriously and apologised profusely even agreeing that they would deal with the complaint to RM their end and offered to send fresh flowers to my Nan the next day.
The flowers arrived intact and on time. My Nan loves them. I have seen a picture and they are beautiful, well worth the money spent.
I cannot praise the level of customer service I received enough and despite the original delivery problem would definitely use the company again.
