Ordered their value starter pack and like the other reviewer expected excellence but was met with average quality that I could get at any supermarket. In addition I struggled with their customer service dept. before eventually getting some steaks replaced. They were certainly not forthcoming with a refund as their ads suggest.
Bottom line, average quality, outrageous price, poor customer service. Go to your local butcher, mine charges £46.00 per kg for fillet which is of an outstanding quality, they charge £76.00 per kg for mediocrity.
