Tried to book a flight today. I fly return once a month with them, have done for a few years now. Their web site which is clunky at the best of times, failed to process numerous attempts usually falling over part way through. On three occasions after I got as far as entering card details I got an error message advising me the transaction had failed and to close my browser, log on again and re-key the booking. No prize for guessing, email confirmation of three bookings, no one contactable by phone who can help, out of date phone numbers on the web site and handed out by staff as well as on recorded messages. Pathetic. No way to contact them via email so I have had to write a letter to which they will try to reply within 28 working days, (6 weeks by the time I hear from them?) Does not inspire confidence!
