“Nationwide BS telephone system”

The Nationwides telephone system is the worst. Its hard to believe they could get it so wrong. So many levels of choices and about 50% to the time get to an end point where none of the available options are what you need.

The staff are always friendly but the system lets them down.

As far as I can see its all set up for the benefit of the bank and not the customer.

My advise to directors of Nationwide: Open a personal account with First Direct and see how it should be done.
