1. First they said my reservation has gone, so my type of car was not available
2. Then agent said he can handle that trouble, so don't worry, and no need to call travel agent.
3. Then an upgrade a car for your case, finally they give me a SONATA, HYUNDAI, and said it costs me $100/day
4. I told them the price is higher than web, then they said the price is different in everyday.
