Arrived: Took over 5 minutes before any staff noticed we were waiting to be seated at a table. Finally seated in a crammed part of the place at a dirty table.
Service: Staff looked at us as if we were a burden, they were just not interested!! Ordered sparkling mineral water - staff arrived with open bottle and poured into dirty glasses while on the tray, it was flat!! £3.95 for a litre bottle of flat mineral water!! Seriously!!
Ordered food and drinks to be served with the food, drinks arrived with food (the only thing they got right) 40 mins after ordering. Romana Pizza cold!!!
The only time the staff were interested in our table is when we asked for the bill, they could not move fast enough to secure the cash and get us out to get others sat at that table....Utterly rubbish experience, will never eat at Pizza Express Camberly again and probably never again any Pizza Express.
No automatic gratuity!! You would have thought that the staff would be keen to gain gratuity...but no.
watched the assistant manager / manager and one of the staff stood at the cooking area for 10 mins chatting while people needed to be seated, member of staff using serving plates to rest his hands while chatting.....Seriously!!
A terrible experience...don't go there !!! Seriously don't!!
