“Poor quality product and poor customer service”

Purchased 2 Bel Air sofas on 2nd of October and was told delivery would be 2-4 weeks which suited me fine as wanted to decorate the room first.
I received a call the next day to say they were ready for delivery that week, when I said that was a bit soon for me the attitude of the person on the phone changed and I was told in a very aggresive tone that I would incur a charge of £25 per week for storage.
I reluctantly agreed to delivery that week and I wish I hadn't, the sofas are extremely poor quality, they did not fit together properly, the delivery men were great but simply swapped part of the 2 seater for part of the 3 seater to try and get it to fit. The cushions at the back are now different heights and although the delivery guys logged on the delivery note that one of the recliners was faulty I did not receive the promised phone call to arrange to rectify the problem. I have telephoned 3 times but I am still awaiting a call back and still have a faulty recliner 4 weeks later.
The sofas are not at all comfortable I can only liken them to sitting on a bus bench seat and the recliner actions are very clunky.
I hate these sofas so much that I cannot bear to even sit in my lounge. I have decided to learn by my mistakes and get rid of them via freecycle.
Overall I would not recommend either the product or the store and I would certainly NEVER shop there again.
