From the very first phone call our dealings with Appliance World have been first class. We needed 5 appliances for our about to be refitted kitchen and Jessica gave us the quote over the phone, explained what deposit would be due if we decided to proceed, when the balance would be due etc. As she promised she followed this all up with the details in an e-mail. When we ordered the goods the Bosch ovens were out of stock but we were given an expected date about 3 weeks later which wasn't a problem as our kitchen refit was still underway. At one point we had e-mails from both Paul and Sharon to say that it looked like there may be a problem getting the ovens on time but that they would keep in touch and if necessary we could opt for an alternative - they did exactly that, kept us advised and as it turned out the ovens we wanted arrived in stock in time. The delivery came exactly as arranged and now it's all installed and looks great. There have been a couple of teething problems with the chimney hood and the hob but again Appliance World make it easy - one phone call to Lydia in Customer Service and she made the arrangements for both the Baumatic Engineer and the Bosch Engineer to visit and on each occasion she phoned to let us know what she had arranged.
We really can't fault Appliance World and will be (and have already!) recommending them to friends and family. Such service is so rare these days - all the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable of the products available and always did exactly what they promised, not only that but the prices are also hard to beat. We will definitely use Appliance World again ourselves and thanks to Jessica, Paul, Sharon, Ray and Lydia who we had dealings with either on the phone or by e-mail.
