I have been with them for over 10 years and they are getting worse.
I have been having financials difficulty and been using the over draught most of the times, the charges are absolutely painful and greedy.
once i was sold an advantage gold account even though I was making no money to pay the costs but they convinced me that it will be cheaper for me at the end which was a lie .
i have been dealing with their collection team and financial assistance team and they seem to be the worst department.
the first time i was on the phone with them i could hardly hear the person talk as all of her colleagues were laughing on the background , I tolled her about that but it was totally ignored.the second time I had to arrange for an standing order to placed for my loan repayment , the lady on the phone said everything is going ahead and all is sorted and I will get a letter confirming it.After not receiving anything I contacted them again and realised that i had to go through it again as nothing was arranged.
they are using expensive lines as well and when I asked for a landline number they refused to give it to me .
I'm so looking forward to the day that I close my account with them .
it has been a painful experience.
