“Missing iPhone 4”

Really annoyed!!

I sent my iPhone 4 on the 11th of October 2011 by there free post, in perfect condition, even charged the battery for them, I chose Mazuma as I read good reviews, and even though they offered me £260 for my 32gb version, Envirophone offered me £280, but I didn't trust them due to their reviews... Anyway I rushed home during lunch to send it off as I paid out £500 for the new 4s sim free, I was anxious to put some money back in the bank

It's now the 23rd or October, phone still hasn't arrived (apparently) that's 12 days or 8working days, after emailing and ringing they said it can take 15 working days??? So that is November 1st... Before I even start the process of trying to claim on insurance and paying my £100 excess, then having to sell again

So nope, wouldn't recommend, and I did this for less hassle than eBay, what a joke.
