I ordered goods value of £1625 over the internet and paid through sagepay.
These people inferred that there would be a delay in delivery ( even though they advertised the item for sale on the website and not informing me that it was not in stock!)
The money was taken from my credit card immediately after ordering. Eventually, I got fed up with waiting for delivery so I cancelled three weeks ago - still no sign of refunding my card which is costing interest daily etc.
What a way to run a business
