We started with Esure having moved from Sheilas' Wheels. We were guaranteed a monthly payment plan, then having paid an oubstanding debt to Sheilas' Wheels ( as instructed by Esure as part of same company) they changed their minds and said the only insurance they could give us was one yearly payment. When questioned we were told 'sorry the information given to you was incorrect'; when explained that we only agreed monies be taken from my account based on this incorrect information the response received was 'you are boring me now'.. a promised 48hr call back from a manager has not been received and a further email not responded to.
Why would anyone trust an insurance company who has a policy of telling multiple lies?!
We are trusting these people for an awful situation that hopefully never occurs.. if they are prepared to act in this manner over 43 pounds how would they behave then.. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!
