“These people will take your money”

I would strongly advise everyone to keep away from this company. They are quick to take your money but you may well not received your goods. I have paid £700 for a ring that never arrived. When I asked where it was, I was told that they had tried to deliver it but I had refused it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they didn't have any. No-one was prepared to tell me their name and when I asked for my money to be returned I was told that they could only do this when they had their ring back. God only knows where the ring is, they won't return my money and I'm out of pocket.

Their office doesn't exist, they don't have any real staff and I probably won't see my £700 again. I've read all the positive reviews on this site and suspect they are written by The Jewellery Channel.
