“Not happy with oneclickplay”

bought an 2xbox360 game and 1 PS3 GAME ... and placed it on the cabinet for child's present..when opened and tried to load, they never completed then a dialog box appears and says missing drivers...contacted oneclickplay fast..they refused to help...even though this gift was for a terminally ill child...I offered to buy another for oneclickplay , but oneclickplay refused to give me the product.
