Are retailers really going to give you money (cashback) for goods or services that you would probably buy anyway? Following a recommendation by a friend I thought i'd give it a try.
It's quite easy to use the QuidCo site and once you know that you want a particular item you can choose from a selection of sellers and even rank them in order of £ discounts, % reductions, popularity etc. Sometimes though, your purchase may not track properly and you will need to make a claim. That can take some time and you wonder whether the seller is going to squirm out of giving you your cashback.
Try not to look at the sellers site before using quidco as in many cases that will be a reason why you won't benefit from the cashback available and that is why it is important to clear the cookies file.
