“Outstanding Service from Mr. Paul Hayes in hiring...”

I want to express a huge, huge THANK YOU and my great appreciation to Mr. Paul Hayes,Holiday Autos Acting General Manager USA, for the truly OUTSTANDING help he has given me on multiple occasions in getting a rental car in France. I cannot think of any customer service I have received anywhere in the world that has been any better than the help and service Mr. Hayes has given me. Once when I got to my destination airport in France, there was a big mixup and I had no car that I could manage (due to a physical problem with my hands). Mr. Hayes came to my rescue and found me another car (an automatic and just what I needed). Without his help, I don't know what I would have done on my vacation as I cannot drive a manual due to hand problems. My vacation would have been ruined without his prompt and so gracious help. A year later when I made the trip again, Mr. Hayes helped me again to book just the right rental car (and it was a fantastic car!). Everything went as planned and I got the perfect car for me. I forgot to mention, this is a rather small airport and automatics are hard to come by. Everytime I have asked Mr. Hayes for help, he has provided me THE BEST service I could have asked for and always done so in an extremely professional and courteous fashion. He doesn't make you feel like he has gone out of his way to help you; he helps you because that is the kind of individual he is...a real professional. I just cannot say enough about Mr. Hayes and how very helpful he has been. He is a real credit to his company and I hope everyone he works with and for know how much I appreciate his help. He deserves a hugh THANK YOU MR. HAYES...YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
