We have been passionate consumers of McVitie's Digestive biscuits for years. Our house is seldom without a couple of packs (we always buy the twin pack). However, over recent months we have become concerned and disappointed by the high breakage level. Almost always, it seems nowadays, the first and last biscuit is broken - sometimes shattered - and frequently some further biscuits are damaged at the edges. Does anyone know why? Different packaging machinery? Less outer protection? Or more careless distributers?
