“Problems reloading due to moving house”

Purchased this cash passport via travelex at Glasgow Airport. Moved house almost 10 months ago and am still unable to reload not even by telephone as they have not updated electoral roll details. I have been registered since May and have sent them proof of my registration but they will still not accept this. Totally useless until I can use this function.
They do not warn you about this when you first purchase the card so if you are moving or recently moved don't bother.
I have other cards from Thomas Cook and Fairfx which work without any trouble.
On a positive note Exchange rate is good and no withdrawal fee but as I am unable to reload I am unable to use this card.
