“Customer service is non existent”

I had a £2k fridge freezer delivered 2 weeks ago and it has never worked. Customer services are in New Zealand and they do not care. My advice is spend money on a brand with an infrastructure in the uk and who give a dam about the customer. I await a remedy some day!
