“Not the worst by a long way .”

I know most people only leave a review after a claim becomes difficult but this happens with all large companies . I have used co-op insurance for nearly 20 years and have claimed ,cancelled and changed vehicles with very few problems compared to other insurers which I tried for cost saving . The call center is in U.K. and the staff are polite and well trained with supervisers and underwriters on hand if things become complicated .Paperwork comes by post not by e-mail and they always notify any changes in advance . Don't be fooled by cheap quotes and offers on comparison sites , they always end up costing more and often come back to bite you . Thanks for reading and good luck .
