“Fantastic Face to Face Customer Service As Well”

We were looking for a full set of appliances for a new kitchen, and as we are local to the Appliance World showroom, we dropped in to see what they had. All our options were explained in detail and we actually accepted the recomendations that we were given, even though it wasnt what we actually thought we wanted. We purchased various De Dietrich cooking items and Bosch for everything else. The items were kept for us until we could accept the delivery, which was very, very useful. We are extremely satisfied with the appliances that we purchased and I think if we hadnt accepted the recomendations we would have been disappointed with our choices.
There was a small manuafacturing defect on one of the items, I sent in the photos to show what the problem was, Appliance World contacted the manufacturer for me and then arranged for us to swap out the item, even though we had thrown the original packaging away to save space.
I would recomend these guys to anyone, not only because their prices cannot be beaten. Everyone I have spoken to there has been extremely helpful, even the guys in the warehouse. I will go as far as to say that if people in the Swindon area go anywhere else for their appliances they are mad.
