“ BATHSTORE Don’t provide replacement parts BUYERS...”

I recently purchased an Archive 500 Basin Drawer Unit. The draw unit comes unassembled, the basin in a separate box.

When installing the draw unit the front draw section was damaged. In good faith I called Bathstore customer services on 08000 23 23 23 to explain my mistake and order a replacement part. To my astonishment I was told that Bathstore were unable to sell replacement parts and that I would have to purchase the entire unit (including the Basin which comes in a separate box) at the full retail price of £349.

The Archive unit is supplied in either a wood or white gloss veneered finish. For a product that can so easily be damaged/scratched on installation I am disgusted Bathstore don’t provide replacement parts.
