“Overseas delivery experience”

I ordered replacement items for my crockery collection from Havens. Having moved overseas I was really pleased to find a company that could supply me with items that had been broken and misplaced in the move. I ordered a significant number of plates and my order was received within days.
When my order arrived 4 of the plates were broken, I phoned Hazel at Havens and I received 4 replacements within a week.
I cannot praise the service I received from this company enough.
