I accidently dropped my mobile phone in the swimming pool water and I couldn’t use it during my holiday. After I came back I talked to claim department regarding this and they told me it’s not cover in the insurance. I looked on the word policy document on page 38 and found they is right. But my question is if its doesn’t cover this kind of valuable items, which will cost me £120 to fix then what’s the point of doing this kind of insurance? I normally carry lots of electronic items with me (mobile, camera, video camera, iPods, iPads tablet etc). I am really very disappointment with it and now realised that I waste my money for nothings. To travel in Europe I got the European health card so I don’t worry about health’s insurance. I did the insurance mostly for the cover of my electronics’ items, passport, travel documents and money which is not cover if you don't keep in safe.
