“Returned to john lewis twice”

Don't get me wrong I loved this fryer,
It helped make tasty golden & crispy chips.
I am so glad i purchased from John Lewis rather
Than online. I had to return the first one after
5 months as it had stopped heating up. I got another
one thinking it was just something up with that patricular
appliance, but sadly the 2nd one lasted 3 months before
it had packed up too. I didn't want to chance it going again
so got a refund instead. The magimix uk helpline weren't very
helpful, hence i decided not to deal with their arrogant staff and
turned to john lewis for help. You might not be able to return easy
if you make an internet purchase.
