“Havens Dept Store, who offer good old fashioned service”

I was very impressed with the service i received from Havens Department store. I ordered a set of 2 beer glasses, they arrived very promptly & were very well packed, so they would not get damaged in the post. The beer glasses themselfs were like Havens excellent. There was even a little card in the package thanking me for my order, a small item but very important to the customer, who feels really appreciated.
