“Appalling, Uncontactable, Devastatingly Bad Customer...”

Ordered a next day delivery of a tank for my son's birthday. They never delivered. They took the money. There is no way to contact them by phone. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Stay well away. I have just asked my bank to cancel payment almost a month later when nothing has shown up. Shut these guys down someone, please.
