applied for young drivers' insurance on line - the system took ALL my details, including contact numbers, email address, phone number so they can send me advertising rubbish i dont want and then rejected the quote because of the make of car - they ask the make of car at the outset. i then went on their very poor contacts page and selected 'feedback' which allowed me to write an email. i didnt write the email, i went back and selected 'complaint' and guess what? - you have to write in or call - is that so you can't document their answers easily?
what a gang of charlatans.
i would never use them, just thought i would get a quote which SHOULD be an easy thing to do but they even failed at that. the vehicle in question btw, was an audi A3 - 14 years old and valued at £1000, if they wont insure that, they are cherry picking - fine you may say but if they cherry pick, how can they justify the ridiculously exagerated charges?
