“Snow Boots ”

I previously wrote a review that did not go in the companies favour!

At the time I was not happy as my order had not arrived in time so wrote my review based on this.

Since then the company have been in contact and have been very appologetic and have resolved the issue in a very high standard. Throughout the process they have been very easy to deal with and customer service has been excellent.

I would like to appologise to Born to be Cool as I judged them on other reviews and not my personal experience.

I will be ordering with them again!
