“finding a quality service with quality items”

Once I found Havens on the web I placed an order for the items I wanted. These were to be prizes at a golf society meeting . I was telephoned within minutes to say that one of the items I ordered was not fully in stock. I could wait a few days until stocks were replenished or was there anything else that would do and here are the choices. I was talking to a member of their staff who had just finished a regular stock take of crystal and they knew exactly what was available in the quantity I required. We sorted matters and delivery was swift. One word 'Brilliant'
