Left work early to be sure to be in for the parcel after receiving an email saying timeslot 16:34 - 17:34. Time came and went. No ring on the door. Checked emails at 17:40 to discover one from DPD saying "We tried to deliver your order from Play.com however there was no one available to sign for the order at the address below". The email then asks you to phone 0844 824 0505 to arrange delivery. Automated call where the voice asks you to enter the 8 digit number left on the calling card! What calling card! No one approached my door! Now I have to go and pick it up from the depot tomorrow although I've been reminded to take my calling card with me, oh and the link to show you where the depot is on the map says address not valid. What a shambles of a company.
