It has taken them over a month to send me a pin number for my ATM card. I don't get an actual debit card because I don't want to pay the monthly fee of £8, so the only way I have access to my money is to go in and speak with a teller. This would be fine if the branch closest to my home didn't open at 9:30 and close at 4:30 and the branch closest to my work didn't close at 5. I'm not out of work in time to get my money from my bank. When I go in to the branch to ask for help the employees are rude and blame everyone else for their own mistakes. They tell me that I haven't received my pin because there must be something wrong with the address I gave them, which is absurd considering I received my ATM card in the mail. They tell me that there must be something wrong with my mail delivery service, which is also absurd since I'm receiving other mail, including letters from America, without an issue.
