Yodel (the courier) held my parcel for several days saying they were unable to gain timely access, even though I had been home all day! When the vest *finally* arrived it was too small - the size guide had been incorrect. I tried to arrange a return using their email contact but no reply. The only number for customer services was an 0870 number and I had to wait about 80 minutes in total for a reply. I've paid more in phone calls than I did for the vest. A frustrating waste of time and money.
