“Great product, brilliant service”

After deciding I wanted another Fjallraven Kanken rucksack, as my last one - purchased in Copenhagen - had died after 20 years service, I did a bit of internet research and came up with the ilovemykanken website. It was so good it was aweful: there was far too much choice! Didn't know what get - big Kanken or Classic? Or maybe one of the new laptop versions? And the astonishing range of colours completed defeated me.

Imagine my delight then when I find that the company is based in my home county. I phoned to see if I could visit, but on each occasion it was sadly not possible for various reasons. In the end I just have to plunge in and order one (red, classic since you ask ...)online. Despite a problem with the checking of my debit card (not their fault, but Sage) which they talked me through. Lindsay was really helpful on the phone and said she'd put in the post right away ... and zooooooooom... could't believe it, it was at my door within 24 hours. Am now the proud owner of a red Fjallraven Kanken bag, which will be accompanying me later this month to Copenhagen: it seems only right!
