Worst service in the world and would never use this firm again. When we hired a our car we were offered to return the car empty with an empty tank and were told that we would pay 1.28p per litre. However we were charged far more than that. when we inquired about it we were told that the price quoted was without tax. Then lo and behold when we finally received an invoice for our car rental (after we asked for it after the money that disappeared from our credit card seemed high) we found that tax was added to the already overblown amount. In addition to this the invoice lists incorrect car information and when we tried to sort out the petrol situation upon drop off we were not helped by anyone and were told that they didn't even have our car on file. Absolutely disgusted with the service and over-charging.
Just wanted to add that by the time they had finished adding everything to their fuel (which was said to be cheap compared to local garages who were charging 1.38p) came out to 1.73p per litre. Don't let yourself get ripped off like we did.
If we hadn't been utterly ripped off by an obviously unscrupulous company we would have been very happy with our car and the price. But when someone takes you for a ride you tend to never want to use them again or want anyone else to use them in case they get ripped off too.
My advice avoid them as best as you can.
