“Good prices and amazing customer service!”

Would happily recommend Pretavoir to anyone who needs new glasses or sunglasses. Was a bit weary of ordering my glasses over the internet, but the amazing customer service provided by the staff at Pretavoir made the whole process extremely easy. On top of that, my glasses frames broke a week and a half before the 1-year warranty period on manufacturer's defects was up. I sent them off an email to see if I could them replaced under warranty, which I followed up with a phone call - when they answered the phone, they knew me by name already from my email, and were fantastic in helping me get my glasses frames fixed. Sent them off the next day in the post, and had brand new replacement frames back with me in under a week. I really appreciated how wonderful it was to deal with the people at Pretavoir, on top of the cheaper prices on designer frames. A great company.
