WRITE A REVIEW

“Don't use Hiper Rent a Car - appalling service”

Kept waiting at Airport for 10 minutes then for 2 hours to get a car out. Appalling customer service.

Car had lots of damage which we had to point out - they didn't.

Fuel cost about 70 euros - they say take it back empty but you can't so it's another way to get money off you.

They virtually insist that you take out extra insurance to cover glass breakage - another 15 euros.

I would never use these again and advise anyone to reconsider and spend a bit more initially.
