“Order processing no response for a week”

I have ordered a laptop which any other store I saw for 600 pounds, but at dabs I saw for 351 pounds ( What a bargain I thought ), but of course it was to good to be true. on the website it was showing in stock, however after a week my account shows that the order is still "processing".

Sent an email, called the customer service no answer after waiting for about 10 minutes ( on 0870).

Hopeless dont use dabs NEVER, AVOID!!!!
