I'd say overall Argos are good for sure, and we tend to get all the kids' birthday and christmas pressies there. But when we asked for something to be delivered because it was an online-only offer, they were...well...rubbish. the delivery was on time, but when i called customer services to ask when itwould arrive they sounded like they were doing me a favour just for answering the phone!

As i say, could never fault the products or the prices, or event he delivery people who were really friendly, but the customer services people are just so rude. If you don't like your job, work somewhere else!

That's all really. I'll carry on shopping there, but think i'll just buy in store in case i have to call again
