“Same old story apparently!”

As everyone else on this website, I tried their "free" credit report membership and later been charged! As we had been refused a credit card and didn't think of the reason, we wanted to check our credit report for free!! One company stating a false late payment! After the issue was resolved within the free membership time limit, we called them to cancel. We received an email of acknowledgement but two months later (not one month!), they charged us for the full membership of £14.99! They now refuse to refund it as they provided us of a service during the free membership! I am in the process of complaining to them, we'll see how it goes!!
