I studied this Diploma (NCC Learning level 4 Diploma in Criminal Psychology)in preperation to move to studying a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology, having already studied a Level 3 Certificate in Criminology with a different supplier ('Study House')
My immediate impression was that the media supplied was of better quality with more consideration to layout than my other course (which was still very good!). The modules themselves overlapped nicely, giving a gentle introduction to the oncoming module. The study itself was challenging but not overwhelming. The feedback from my tutor (John Harrison) was always dynamic, concise, relevent and above all, constructive and encouraging. Replies were also very prompt.
Not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for in terms of supplied media and support.
I would heartily recommend this course to anyone considering an introduction into the career of Psychology. Do not let the fact that this is not a 'recognised' qualification in terms of the discipline of Psychology put you off, it is still very handy to have on the CV! (At the time of study I was a Police Constable, this qualification assisted in a sideways move into a detective role in Offender Management).
Very well recommended.
