I have an issue with the mower I bought. That's ok as things aren't always right to start with, but it's what happens next that's important.
Sadly the Customer Service from Crocus isn't there to follow it up. Over a week later and still no reply to my email, and calls to customer services keep getting 'bounced' to the order line. Even they say that customer services is poor at the moment.
I've used Crocus before, but I won't any more.
