I want to publicly express my dissatisfaction with this company. After long promises, problems with the line and a endless promise to sort out my issue, I'm still without line after activate it since 9/8/11.
This Situation Is getting ridiculous.
The very unprofessional performance of its technical team and customer service please make a disservice to the company and its public image.
It is interesting to recall at this point that a good word of mouth helped a lot Giffgaff to grow, but also, I want to Giffgaff to remember that a bad review also helps to lose very unhappy costumers that will open the black box that every company wants to hide.
I wish I knew how to make an official complaint in the UK (as I am not British I am not familiar with the system) as I have the right as consumer: I will also would like to know if I can take my number to another company even if my line still barred and of course get 9,41 pound worth credit (which I can not use).
In a nutshell: worst network suplier ever! Just want my number and money back and walk away to never go back and hear from this terrible mobile netwrok!
