“CINEWORLD -- HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE !!!”

For those of you who are looking for reviews before you watch a movie/buy a monthly pass for CINEWORLD, please STOPPPPPPPP!!!...i can assure you that its going to be a horrendous experience..

No.1:there is ALWAYS gonna be a crowd (yes I accept thr is a large movie going population@Ilford) but the queue management - TOTAL ZERO! thr are 4 counters but only 2 out of 4 function...and even those 2 move like snails..

No.2: thr will be adverts for the 1st 30minutes and if you think u can get in after 30 mins..sorry boss, u lose ur seat...

No 3: 3 out of 5 times, thr will be some problem either with the audio or video or both!

My exp today: which actually prompted me to write this: Went in for a 9:30 show, no title card, n it started wt an abrupt scene(ofcourse after 30 min of adverts)..1 hr into the film and time for intermission..but hey no..the credits roll out n the whole audience burst out realising that what we actually watched was the 2ND HALF OF THE MOVIE AND NOT THE 1ST HALF...!!!..the manager or whoever, after the crowd shouts and asks the money back decides to show the first half!! seriously WHO CARES?!?!...
these people truly suck and the quality of service they providde is so bad that you can opt for a better entertainment on a weekend..
