awful customer service. i have just arrived back from holiday to a threatening letter to cancel my policy for not sending a proof of NCB. I have tryed to fax rhthem but their fax is down n tryed to emailed them this has also been unsuccessful. They are useless and attitude to customers stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!
