“Easy to use and fantastic support”

I have used 123-Reg for 4 years and have found it really easy to use (I class myself as beginner!). On the occasions I have needed help, the support team have been friendly and very helpful with their advice.
I would highly recommend the Instant Site packages to anyone that wants a clear and easy way of setting up a website.
The support team are very knowledgeable and reply to your queries quickly and in a friendly but professionable manner. They provide step-by-step instructions if you require them.
I am shocked at some of the comments on this site. Everything is set out in the T&Cs and I've never had to wait long for a reply to a query.
If I can run two websites that look like someone who knows what they are doing has set it all up, then I believe anyone can!
