I reserved a LCAR class online, weeks in advance before my trip to Miami. When I arrived, there system was down and the employee had to manually write up my contract. After writing up the contract she proceeded to tell me that the car class that I reserved was not available. The person that had the car had asked for an extention there I could not get it. I was offered a mustang instead. Why would I want to go from a luxury car to a mustang. The employee did not to anything to try to keep my business. Luckily I had reserved a car elsewhere as a back up because I sure did need it. I will not use them again at ALL.
